Safeway to open October 14th 2011
Safeway project:
A new Safeway, office, restaurant and retail space, a pocket park with a saved majestic oak, even a roof garden that can be used for public events is now under construction. The long approval process was one of the factors that led to formation of the Economic Development Team of which I belong. My pledge was to cut red tape, attract new businesses and to become a resource for existing and new businesses. The “new way” is working!
